Adjourned County Council
March 5, 1966,
The adjourned meeting of the County Council was held in the County Office
in Brooks, Alberta at 10:00 a.m„ on Saturday, March 5, 1966.

This adjourned .meeting was held at the unanimous request of the Council,
for the purpose of reviewing the Auditors Financial Statement, prior
to the Annual meeting to be held in the Elks Hall at 1:00 p.m, this
date ,
Moved by Councillor Chrumka, that the reading and discussion of the
minutes of the previous meeting be disposed with in order to discuss
the Statement more fully. Carried,
Mr. Bevan, representing the Auditors was in attendance, and clarified
many of the items questioned by the Councillors, and was asked to make
himself available for the meeting in the afternoon.
Meeting adjourned at 11:30 a.m. for the Councillors lunch, and to attend
the Annual Meeting.
