Special Council Meeting
December 3rd, 1965.
A special meeting of the Council of the County of Newell No. 4 was
held in the County Office in Brooks, Alberta at 7:30 p.m. on Friday,
December 3rd, 1965.

The meeting was :called in accordance with the minutes of the
meeting of November 7th, 1965.
Following up the closing of bids on the New Office Building at 4:30
p.m. this date which resulted in only one bid, being received, that
of Bird Construction Calgary in the amount of $204,930.00
Moved by Councillor Chrumka that the bid of Bird Construction Co.
of $204,930.00 to construct the new office building be accepted,
subject to the approval of Central Mortgage and Housing and the
Local Authorities Board.
Carried.
Meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
