County of Newell No. 4
County Council,
October 1st, 1965.
The advanced meeting of the County of Newell No. 4 was called to be
held in the County Office in Brooks, Alberta at 10:00 a.m. on F=achy
October 1st, 1965.

Several Councillors phoned of their inability to attend.
. . .
Councillor Eastman attended for the meeting and after waiting for
approximately an hour at which ~~time there was no evidenceof their
being any one else in attendance, advised that he would return to
his home assuming that no meeting would be held.
There being no councillors in attendance, the meeting was declared
cancelled to the call of the Reeve.
