The adjourned meeting of the Council of the County of
Tdewell No. 4 was held in the County Office in Brooks,
Alberta at 10:00 a.m, on Saturday, February 16th, 1963.

business of the meeting to the discussion of the
Auditors Financial Statement 1962.

The letter from the Chief Municipal Inspector
explaining the absence of the usual report was read
and direction given for its reading at the Annual
Meeting in the afternoon.

The meeting adjourned at 12:00 noon, to attend the
Annual Meeting at the Elks Hall at 1:00 p.m.
