Chapter $, 19600 Whereas, it has been brought to the attention of the County Council, that certain parcels of land, and the improvements thereon, namely Pt SE 3 19 .. 14 ~ Wo4th . Pt SE1$ ~ 21 18 ~ W.4th were not assessed prior to December 31st, 1962, and were in existence at that time. ', And whereas, in the opinion of the County Council, these assessments should have been made and effective for taxation in the year 1963. Treasurers several complaints against the assessment placed on items of assessment on the assessment roll of the County. and whereas in accordance with Sec. 35 of the Assessment Acts R,$.A, 1960 the Court of Revision of the County is required to meet and consider such complaints, Therefore be it resolved that a meeting of the Court of Revision of the County of Newell No, 4 be held in the County Office in Brooks Alberta at ( 1:00 P,M,~ on (Fridays 29th March Done and passed this 8th day of Februarys 1963.
