i A resolution to authori~ the closing of the road through

W~ Sec. 25 and S. W. 36 in Township 17, Range 13, W4th M.,
covered by Road Plans 329 E.Z., Vault No. 12212 and the
cancellation of same.
WHEREAS application has been made by Gleeldie Bros., owners
of the land through which the road is located.
AND WI~REAS the road is not necessary to the travelling
public.
AND WHEREAS the road divides the applicants property and
creates considerable in~ronvenienee in the
farming operations on the lands through which
it passes.
"~ THEREFORE be it resolved that the cancellation of the road
` plans be hereby authorized and transfer of the
land be made to Gleddie Bros, with the exception
of that portion contained within Road Plan 12681.
Done and passed this 11th day of December 1959.
