A Special l~eeeting of the Council of the County of Newell No. 4
was held i.n the County Office in Brooks, ,Alta. at 5:00 p.m. on
Wednesday, August 26th, 1959.

The meeting was called by the Chairman for the purpose of consider-
ing the passing of the necessary bylaw to authorize the participation
by the County 3n the procuring of land for, and the operation of a
Home for the Aged in the Town of Brooks.
................
Notices to all Councillors were mailed August 19, 1959.
