was held in the County Office in Brooks Alberta at 10:00 a•m.

The minutes of the meeting of September 12th, 1958 were read & adopted.

Moved by Councillor McAleese that the 8ecretaryts report of
receipts, disbursements and monthly progress for the month of
September, 1958 be accepted.

Water analysis reports for Cassils school and Trans-Canada ,Service
were received and referred to K. Lintott. ,-

Authorization was given for the purchase of clothing for Dan McLean
in the Macleod Hospital for the sum of ~ 48.8b. i

Councillors Lokier and Plumer were appointed as a committee to put
forward the County Councils views in the matter of the inclusion
of all the unorganized lands into school districts. j

Advice was received of the approval of the Civil Defence to set up
the old Clancy school as a Civil Defence Centre in Brooks,
located on Block S. ~

$he letter from Stanley Grimble & Roblin Ltd. re the Rosemary school
pressure tank was read and referred to Councillor Eastman. i

Moved by Councillor Plumer that the extension of the Duchess water
and sewer to the Duchess school be accepted in principle, in
accordance with the letter from the Village of Duchess of Oct, q, 195.
