The Secretary Treasurer was directed to appeal the frontage assessment for sewer and water as it applied to the school grounds at Rosemary. The basis of the appeal was that the school grounds in Rosemary were being assessed for water and sever service as follows: 500 ft. on the west side 350 ft. on the east side. It was the consensus of opinion of the School Committee that this was a duplication and that at most all that could be assessed was the one side, which should be the east side, inasmuch as it was subdivided into lots. The facts were brought out at the Court of Rev is~on and the County is to be advised of the decision. Further information in this regard is being requested from other authorities. ., . r '" e etaxy Treasure ~m 719-P-Speoiol CIPAL 6UPPLIHS LiD. ~ ~~ '~ County of Newell No. 4 Resolution.
