Special 6ouncil Meeting
June 24th, 1957.
~ Special meeting of the Council of the County of Newell No. 4
was held in the County Office in Brooks, Alberta, at $:00 p.m.
on Monday, June 21~th, 1957. Purpose: Rolling Hills Mater Supply
and Sewage Disposal.

It Was unanimously agreed that notice of the meeting be waived.

During the meeting Mr., Fooks phoned to advise he was unable to
attend the meeting. Councillor Plumer discussed the installation
of the Water Supply and Sewage Disposal at Rolling Hills school„

1~loved by Councillor Lokier that an overexpenditure of ~ 25,000„00
be authorized for the Rolling Hills school to provide for Water
Supply and Sewage Disposal facilities*
Carried.

It was agreed that the bids of the following firms in the amounts
set out be accepted on an understanding that each contractor
furnish a written guarantee for one year on a]1 work and materials.

Moved by Councillor Lokier, that an additional 2 doors be
authorized in the Rolling Hills school to permit use of the
school for Public Library purposesM
Carried.
