County of Newell No. 4
County Council - Special Meeting
February 16th. 1957.
A Special Meeting of the County Council was called by the Chairman
of the County for the purpose of opening and considering tendexs
for the construction of the new school at Rolling Hills, and to
review the Auditors Financial statement prior to the annual
Meeting to be held in the afternoon.

The meeting was held in the County Office in Brooks, Alberta,
at 10:00 a.m, on Saturday, February 16th, 1957.

Moved by Councillor Waraksa, that the bmd of Chronik Construction
in the sum of ~ 251,767.00 be accepted.

The .nuditors~ Financial Statement was discussed.

It was decided ~o request Mr. Fooks to 1QOk over the Rosanary
school and make a recommendation for its extension.
