IiE~RRAS it was lowed durin6 the hearings of the Court of Re~isioa and the Assessment Cvssission, that there was reason to believe that there were seweral townships in ~hioh the 1955 assessment did not appear to be lair and equitable. AND 11~R$A~ it was agreed that in order to make the assessment lair and eq~.table a new assessment should be made of these townships afleated. A1~D 11HERBA3 the Assessment Co~uission in its lindin~s did so order a new assessment to be made of these townships affected. As an explanation of these accounts, I beg to submit the followings 0 1 and 90006. oth at these accounts date back to 1945 and the amounts shown are the balances after one or two seizures. The properties have disintegrated into nothing by reason of pilfering and weather. Thes® also date back prior to 1945, and the assessment property and individuals have all disintegrated. --- - - u ~ ~.a ca v a . These accounts are of 19 3 vintage when the assessment was carried out by Mr. Lloyd! at this time th~~ Trans-Canada was being constructedi and these assessments are on trailers of gravel haulers and workmen who stole away in the night and have not been heard of since. ae~Q~~.~o.~~.~..- ,~,~4.
