SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING.
FEBRUARY 20tht 1954
A Special Meeting of the Council of the County of Newell
N0o4o was held in the County Office in Brooks Alberta
at 10:00 a*m* on Saturdayt February 20th, 195..
The meeting was called for the purpose of discussing the
1953 Financial Statement and preparing the Agenda prior to
the Annual Meeting to be held in the afternoon.

Moved by Councillor Mortensen, that there being a full
Council present, the regular business of the County be
discussed.

The Minutes of the meeting of February lith, 1954 were
read and adopted.
Form A's and road maps of the County were handed to all
Councillors for the purpose of indicating thereon, the
suggestions to the Public Works Committee for 1954
Roadwork.
Meeting adjourned at 12 noon for lunch and to attend the
Annual Ratepayerst Meeting in the afternoon.
