A Meeting was held in the office of the former E.I.D. School Division
at Brooks, at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4th, 1953, to discuss
with representatives of the Town of Bassano, Vill-ages of Duchess,
Tilley, and Rosemary the method of rotating the representation of the
Town and Villages on the School Committee of the County Council.

Mrs. W.M. XeIJ_y--representing Town of Raccano.
Mr. O.H. Lake --representing Village of Duchess.
Mr. D.C. Foster --representing Village or Tilley.
Mr. G. Stanford --representing Village of Rosemary.

After discussing the formation of the County and the appointment of
the various nommittees of the County Council it was agreed that
the Towns and Villages would be given representation on the school
committee of the County Council as follows, under authorit-y of
Section 17(4) of the County Act. J

Villages of Tilley and Rosemary.
