POLICY PURPOSE:
Provide direction in allowing third parties to cross a County of Newell road
allowance or pipeline, hereinafter referred to as Facility.
GENERAL STATEMENT:
1.The County of Newell will consider applications for the crossing of a County
Road or Pipeline by way of a third party application.
2.The applicant must abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the
appropriate Crossing Agreement.
3.All buried facilities to be installed, shall be constructed, inspected,
maintained, repaired, replaced, and removed in accordance with all Federal,
Provincial and Municipal legislation and regulations.
