A By-law of the County of Newell No. 4 to open certain road
allowances as closed by By-law 627-78
Whereas By-law 627-78 closed various road allowances, and it is
the opinion of Council that some of these roads should be re-opened
It is hereby enacted by County Council that By-law 648-78 amend
By-law 627-78 and that the following roads be re-opened:
"All that portion of Road Allowance adjoining the east boundary
of Sections 1,2,3,4,5 (portion lying south of the Canadian Pacific
Railway), 9,10,11,12,1.4,15,16 (lying south of the Canadian Pacifid
Railway), all in Township 22, Range 15, W4th.
All that portion of Road Allowance adjoining the north boundary
of Sections 9 (lying east of the Canadian Pacific Railway),
10,11,12 (portion lying east of the Canadian Pacific Railway),
36 (portion lying west of the Red Deer River),35,34 (portion
lying east of the production north westerly across said Road
Allowance of the east limit of road on Plan 3384 JK), all in
Township 22, Range 15, W4th."
