By-law No. 1317.00
A Bylaw of the County of Newell No. 4, in the Province of Alberta, to amend the Cassils Road
Area Structure Plan, Bylaw 1036.91.
Whereas County Council feels that amendments to the Cassils Road Area Structure Plan are
required to accommodate current development proposals;
And Whereas County Council has advertised these proposed amendments by Public Notice,
And Whereas a Public Hearing will be held on May 11, 2000 to hear any concerns regarding
these proposed amendments,
Therefore be it resolved that the attached amendments be made to Bylaw 1036.91, being the
Cassils Road Area Structure Plan.
April 6, 2000 Moved by Councillor Baksa that By-law 1317-00 receive first reading. Carried.
May 11, 2000 Moved by Councillor Loewen that Bylaw 1317.00 receive second reading. Carried.
June 21, 2000 Moved by Councillor Douglass that Bylaw 1317.00 receive third and final reading. Carried.
