IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
BYLAW NO. 1632-08
A BYLAW OF THE COUNTY OF NEWELL, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, TO RESCIND BYLAW
NO. 1616-07 WHICH SET SHORTGRASS LIBRARY SYSTEM RATES FOR REQUISITIONS FOR
DIVISIONS ONE (1), TWO (2), FOUR (4), FIVE (5), SIX (6), SEVEN (7) AND TEN (10)
WHEREAS the County of Newell No. 4 being a municipal corporation in the Province of Alberta,
previously set requisition rates for individual Divisions that were members of the Shortgrass Library
System
AND WHEREAS Shortgrass Library System memberships for all Divisions are now included within the
General Operating Budget of the County of Newell No. 4,
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the County of Newell No. 4 duly assembled rescinds Bylaw 1616-07.
This bylaw shall take force and effect upon the final reading thereof.
READ a first time this 29th day of January, 2008.
