IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
BYLAW NO. 1746 -11
BEING a bylaw of the County of Newell in the Province of Alberta, to rescind the following
bylaw:
Bylaw No. 832 -83 — Swimming in Hamlet Reservoirs, Prohibition of
WHEREAS Bylaw 832 -83 is a bylaw to prohibit the bathing or washing by any persons in any
Hamlet water reservoir located in the County of Newell.
AND WHEREAS Council deems it desirable to rescind bylaws that are no longer required.
NOW THEREFORE, under the authority and subject to the provisions of the Municipal
Government Act, Statutes of Alberta, Chapter M -26, 2000, as amended, the Council of the
County of Newell in the Province of Alberta duly assembled does hereby enact the following:
1. Bylaw No. 832 -83 is hereby rescinded.
2. This bylaw shall come into effect upon third and final reading hereof.
