IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
BYLAW NO. 1832-15
BEING a bylaw of the County of Newell in the Province of Alberta, to rescind the following
bylaw:
Bylaw No. 1204-96 — Concerts, Licensing & Regulation of
WHEREAS Council deems it desirable to rescind bylaws that are no longer required.
AND WHEREAS Council has decided that, rather than a bylaw, an information package will be
compiled and distributed to individuals or groups that are planning large scale events within the
County.
NOW THEREFORE, under the authority and subject to the provisions of the Municipal
Government Act, Statutes of Alberta, Chapter M-26, 2000, as amended, the Council of the
County of Newell in the Province of Alberta duly assembled does hereby enact the following:
1. Bylaw 1204-96 is hereby rescinded.
2. This bylaw shall come into effect upon third and final reading hereof.

FIRST reading. MOTION CARRIED
April 23, 2015 MOVED BY COUNCILLOR T. FYFE that Bylaw 1832-15 receive
SECOND reading. MOTION CARRIED
April 23, 2015 MOVED BY COUNCILLOR K. CHRISTMAN that consent be given for
Bylaw 1832-15 to receive third reading this 23rd day of April, 2015.
