MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF NEWELL NO. 2$
BYLAW NO. 61
A by-law of the Municipal District of Newell No. 2$ to
authorize the surveying and building of a road. through
the South Half of Section 29 , in Township 21, Range 13 ,
W4th. , pursuant to Sections 201 and 202 of the Municipal
Districts Act, being Chapter 151 of the revised statutes
of Alberta, 1942.
Under the authority of and subject to the provisions of
Sections 201 and 202 of the Municipal Districts Acts
(Chapter 151 R.S .A. 1942) the Council of the Municipal
District of Newell No. 2$ enacts as follows :
That a survey be made, and land be expropriated for the
purpose of building a oad through the South Half of
Section 29, Township ';. , W4,

That the survey follow as closely as possible the
roadway presently being used by the public .
Received First , Second and Third. reading with the
unanimous consent of the Council and finally passed this
twelth day of January , 1952.
