Municipal Planning Commission
January 21, 1981
The regular meeting of the Municipal Planning Commission of the
County of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks,
Alberta on January 21, 1981 at 7:30 p.m.

1. Minutes
The minutes of the meeting held November 26, 1980 were presented to
the Commission. J, Hajash moved the minutes be adopted. Carried,
2. New Business
a) Allan J. Reesor - A development application by Allan J. Reesor
for storage of personally-owned vehicles in a fenced area on a
temporary basis was presentdd. Moved by J. Hajash that we approve
the application subject to 6 month renewable permits for 18 months,
the construction of a good fence and the owner's signature on the
application. Carried.
b) Canadian Propane - A development application by Canadian Propane
for construction of an office and warehouse was presented, Moved by
T. Musgrove that we approve the application. Carried.
c) South Cpuntr Holdings. - A development application by South
Country Holdings to operate a construction business in SE 6-19-14-4
was presented. Moved by T. Musgrove that we approve the application
subject to construction of chain link oar board fence. Carried.
d) AixP°art - A request for an amendment to the Land Use By-law
to create a special land use area for the airport was presented.
Moved by J. Hajash that B. Whitson of S. E. A. R.P,C. prepare a draft
amendment to be presented back to the Commission. Carried.
e) Fopd Processin Development - D. Coffey presented information
regarding a projected food processing development.
f) Moved-in Buildin -Scandia - D. Coffey presented information
regarding a possible moved-in building to Scandia.
g) Robert Baerg - A request by R. Baerg to waive set-back regulation
for a dug-out was presented, J. Hajash moved the request be tabled
pending further investigation by D. Coffey. Carried.

The meeting adjourned at 8:10 p,m.
