Municipal Planning Commission
February 18, 1981
The regular meeting of the Municipal Planning Commission of the
County of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks,
Alberta on February 18, 1981 at 7:30 p.m.

1. Minutes
The minutes of the meeting held January 21, 1981 was presented to
the Commission. T. Musgrove moved the minutes be adopted. Carried.
2. Development Applications
a) R. Baerg - T. Musgrove moved that a request to waive set-back
regulations by R. Baerg be brought back to the table. Carried.
Moved by E. Willms that we waive set-back regulations to allow
a dugout 115' from the center of the road. Carried.
b) A. Reesor - D. Coffey advised that the land owner has not
signed the development application yet. He further advised that
more vehicles have been moved on to their property.
c) D. Drake - Information was presented by D. Coffey regarding a
proposed custom alfalfa chopping business.
d) Lakeside Milling - A development application by Lakeside Milling
for a fertilizer storage and blending facility was presented. Moved
by S. Merkl that we approve the application. Carried.
3. Adjourn
The meeting adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
