Municipal Planning Commission
July 20, 1981
The regular meeting of the Municipal Planning Commission of
the County of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at
Brooks, Alberta on July 20, 1981 commencing at 8:00 p.m.

1. Minutes
1'Zinutes of the June 24, 1981 meeting were presented to the
Committee. Moved by Councillor Musgrove that we adopt these
minutes. Carried.
2. Business from Minutes
1. D.A. Endersby - Land Use Change
This application was reviewed and left tabled.
2. L. Knibbs - Waiver of By-law - Scandia Lot
Moved by Councillor Musgrove that this application be brought
to the table. Carried.
Moved by E. Willms that we waive set-back regulation of 25 ft.
and allow a set-back of 15 ft. for this development. Carried.
3. Private Swimming Pools
This matter was reviewed again and left for further study.
3. Land Use Change - P. Peters
An application by P. Peters for a land use change from Agriculture
to Corntry Residence was presented. Moved by Councillor Hajash
that this application be tabled. Carried.
4. Other Business
Discussion took place on developments for which no application
has been made.
