Municipal Planning Commission
October 21, 1981
The regular Meeting of the Municipal Planning Commission of the
County of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks,
Alberta on Wednesday, October 21, 1981, commencing at 7:30 p.m.

J. Hajash
Representatives S. Merkl
E. Willms

Secretary D. James
1. Minutes
Minutes of the September 23, 1981 meeting were read to the Commission.
Moved by Councillor Musgrove that we adopt these minutes. Carried.
2. Business from the Minutes
Herbert Hemsing - Garage
Moved by S. Merkl that we lift this motion from the table. Carried.
The Development Officer advised that the Rolling Hills Advisory
Committee has given their okay for this garage, and further that
one appeal from Ann Wilson was received in regard to this development.
After further discussion it was moved by S. Merkl that we approve
this Permit on the recommendation of the Rolling Hills Advisory
Committee. Carried.
3. Wayne Dahl - Development Permit
The Development Officer presented information to the Commission in
regard to interpretation of the By-law regarding Development Permit
by Wayne Dahl. After discussion on this item it was moved by
Councillor Musgrove that we approve this Permit subject to the old
building being demolished and removed from its present location on
completion of the new house. Carried.
4. Church of God
The Development Officer presented further information in regard to
a proposed subdivision in Rolling Hills by the Church of God.
5. Charles Stratton - Moved-in House
Development Permit from C. Stratton for a moved-in house was
presented to the Commission. After discussion on this item
it was moved by Councillor Hajash that we approve this Permit.
Carried.
