The regular M.P.C. Meeting of the County of Newell No. 4 was held in
the County Office at Brooks, Alberta on Wednesday, June 23, 1982
commencing at 7:30 p.m.

Minutes
Minutes of the previous meeting were read to the Committee. Moved
by Councillor Musgrove that we adopt these minutes. Carried.
Old Business
1. E. Redelback - Mnh;1a Anma P~rlr
Information was presented to the Committee in regard to this Park
and a drawing of the total area. Moved by Councillor Hajash that
we approve this Mobile Home Park and advertise under the Discretionary
Use. Carried.
2. Mary Steptoe - Moved-in House
Further information was presented to the Committee in regard to this
item. Moved by E. Willms that we approve and advertise this moved-in
house. Carried.
3. ~ New Business
Further information was presented to the Committee in regard to
this item. Moved by Councillor Musgrove that we approve this item
and carry out the necessary advertising. Carried.
Clarence. R. Olivier - Moved-in House
Tru Cut. Carpentry -Moved--in House
Information was presented to the Committee on this item. Moved by
Councillor Hajash that we approve this item. and carry out the
necessary advertising. Carried.
Donald V. Martin - Land Use Change
Application from Donald V. Martin for proposed Land Use Change in
Pt. 8-19-14-4, having proposals No. 1 & 2 - change from Urban Fringe
to Highway Commercial and No. 3 from Urban Fringe to CountY'y
Residence. Moved by S. Merkl that we recommend this Land Use Change
to County Council for approval and advertising. Carried.
Gerald Robinson
Application from Gerald Robinson for storage and manufacturing of
concrete products under Discretionary Use by home occupation was
presented to the Committee. Moved by Councillor Hajash that we
approve this application and carry out the necessary advertising.
Carried.
Anderson Farms
Information from Anderson Farms requesting waiver of set-back
regulations was presented to the Committee for information.
Sandau Dairy - Additional House
Application from Sandau Dairy for a third at the dairy farm
under Discretionary Use was presented to the Committee. Moved by
E. Willms that we approve this application and carry out the
necessary advertising. Carried.

B. Westwick
epptication from B. Westwick for a permit to set up a concession
booth and have this booth construction from a house trailer and
located in Pt. SE 25-20-13-4 was presented to the Committee.
Moved by Councillor Musgrove that we approve this application..
Carried.
Other Business
1. Meeting Times
Discussion took place in regard to the time of meetings. Moved by
S. Merkl that-the next M.P.C. Meeting commence. at 4:00 p.m. Carried.
