Municipal Planning Commission
October 20, 1982
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Wednesday, October 20, 1982 commencing at 4:00 p.m.

Minutes
Minutes of the previous meeting of September 22, 1982 were read
to the Commission. Moved by E. Willms that we adopt these minutes
as read. Carried.
Business from Minutes
No business was discussed from the minutes.

New Business
a 1. Bob McKean - Moved-in Double Wide
The Development Officer presented information to the Commission
in regard to this application of a moved-in double wide which
would. be located on the R. Charles subdivision. After discussion
on this item, it was moved by S. Merkl that we approve this
application for advertising subject to the double-wide being
placed on a foundation and up-grading of the exterior to bring
it up to standard equal to or better than the average house in
the area. Also, that a $7500.00 Performance Bond be deposited
with the County to ensure that this work is carried out. Carried.
2. Esso Ltd.
Application from Esso Ltd. for the installation of new storage
gas tanks at their property along the No. 1 Highway was presented
to the Commission. Moved by E. Willms that we approve this permit
for advertising. Carried.
3. Darryle B. Leavitt - Moved-in Trailer
Discussion took place on this item and it was moved by S. Merkl
that we approve this permit for advertising, that the adjacent
owners at this location be advised, and also the land owner of
the property. Carried.
4. Neil Murray - Moved-in House
Discussion took place on this application. Moved by E. Willms
that we approve this permit for advertising. Carried.
