Municipal Planning Commission
January 19, 1983
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the
County of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks,
Alberta on Wednesday, January 19, 1983 commencing at 4:00 p.m.

Representative E. Willms
Dev. Control D. Coffey

1. Minutes
Minutes of the November 24, 1982 meeting were read to the
Commission. Moved by E. Willms that we adopt these minutes
as read. Carried.
2. Business from the Minutes
No business arose from the minutes.
3. New Business
1. Peter Beck - Proposed Land Use Change
SW 35-17-14-4 from Country Residence to Agricultural
After discussion on this item it was moved by Councillor
Hajash that we refuse this application as it does not conform
with our Land Use By-law. Carried.
4. Other Business
Discussion took place in regard to irrevocable letters of credit,
meetings, and the draft of the new Land Use By-law book.
