The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta on Wednesday, March 21, 1984 commencing at 4:00 p.m. Members Present Chairman Councillors Planner Acting D.C.O. Secretary Representatives V. Fabian A. Scheuerman F. Workes G. Klassen J. Manning D. James E. Willms S. Rasmussen Minutes Minutes of the February 22, 1984 meeting were read to the Commission. Moved by Councillor Scheuerman that we adopt these minutes as read. Carried. Business from the Minutes No business arose from the minutes. New Business 1. Proposed Land Use Change - S~ 7-19-13-4 Henry Dyck This application was presented to the C i si n nd, f d~er d'sc ssion it was moved by E. Willms that we ;,j°~o~~h~s °~a~p~~ca~ione ~ ~us~~nd Use Change as it does not conform with our Land Use By-law, being a Country Residence with more than one house, too close to a feedlot area, and exceeds the number of acres as set out in the By-law for a Country Residence. Carried. 2. Moved-in House Application for a moved-in house from Jack Redelback to be located on Lot 2 Block 1 Plan 7910951 was presented to the Commission. After reviewing the application, it was moved by Councillor Scheuerman that we approve the advertising for this moved-in house. Carried. 3. Waiver of Set-back Regulations Request from Vernon Dearing, of Rolling Hills, Lot 6 Block 2 Plan 7410502 to locate a mobile home within 20 feet of the property line was presented to the Commission. After discussion, it was moved by Councillor Workes that we waive the set-back regulations for this mobile home location. Carried. 4. Mobile Home - SE 33-16-13-4 Application for a mobile home to be located at the above-noted location as a second farm residence was presented to the Commission. Moved by S.
