Municipal Planning Commission Meeting
April 18, 1984
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Wednesday, April 18, 1984 commencing at 4:00 p.m.

Minutes
Minutes of the March 21, 1984 meeting were read to the Commission.
Moved by Councillor Workes that we approve these minutes as amended.
Carried.
Business from Minutes
There was no business from the minutes.

1. D. Reid - Moved-in Trailer - SE 18-21-16-4
The Development Control Officer presented information on this item.
Moved by S. Rasmussen that we approve this moved-in trailer for
advertising. Carried.
2. R. & J. Neilsen - Moved-in House - SE 18-19-15-4
The Development Control Officer presented information on this item.
Moved by E. Willms that we approve this moved-in house for advertising.
Carried.
3. Workes & Salonka - Moved-in House - Lot 3 Blk 1 8311559
Moved by Councillor Workes that he be excused from discussion and
voting on this item due to conflict of interest. Carried.
The Development Control Officer presented information on this moved-in
house. Moved by Councillor Scheuerman that we approve the moved-in
house for advertising. Carried.
4. L. Lamotte - Moved-in Garage - Lot 1 Blk 10 7910924
The Development Control Officer presented information in regard to this
garage. Moved by Councillor Workes that we approve this moved-in
garage for advertising. Carried.
5. T. Ohama - Garage & Sun Room - SW 19-16-15-4
i The Development Control Officer presented information in regard to
this item. After discussion, it was moved by Councillor Scheuerman
that we table this item for more information. Carried.
6. Willms Honey Producers - Waiver of Set-back - Scandia Property
Moved by E. Willms that he be excused from discussion and voting on
this item due to a conflict of interest. Carried.
The Development Control Officer presented a letter from Willms Honey
Producers regarding a waiver of set-back in order that they may
develop a warehouse on their property. After discussion, it was moved
' by Councillor Workes that we approve the waiver of set-back regulation
and that this building can be located within l foot of the north
property line. Carried.
4. Other Business
1. 84 SE 16 - Bildershein
~' Gary Klassen, of the Planning Commission, presented information to
the Commission on this proposed subdivision. After discussion, it
'' was moved by Councillor Workes that if the subdivision-takes place

using the natural boundaries of the irrigation ditch going through
the property, the Commission has no objections to the waiver of the
~' 80 acre parcel. Carried.
