M.P.C. Meeting
May 7, 1984
A special M.P.C. Meeting of the County of Newell No. 4 was held in
the County Office at Brooks, Alberta on Monday, May 7, 1984
commencing at 4:00 p.m.

', Waiver of Notice of Meeting is attached to, and forms part of, these
minutes.
The following .applications were presented to the M.P.C. for
consideration:
1. Willms Honey Producers Ltd.-Warehouse & Waiver of Set-back
', After reviewing and discussing this application it was moved by
', Councillor Scheuerman that we table this application and request
more in-put from the Scandia Advisory Committee in regard to the
~' Waiver of Set-back. Carried.

Further information was presented to the Commission in regard to
this application and it was moved by Councillor Workes that we
waive the set-back regulation for this application and development
and approve the Permit for advertising. Carried.
3. Eastern Irrigation District
Application from the Eastern Irrigation District for a warehouse and
office at Rolling Hills, was presented to the Commission. After
reviewing the information, it was moved by Councillor Scheuerman that
we approve this application for advertising. Carried.
4. Lakeside Feeders
Application from Lakeside Feeders for development of a chicken barn
at the location south of the present feedlot was presented to the
Commission. After reviewing the information, it was moved by
S. Rasmussen that we approve this application for advertising. Carried.
