` Municipal Planning Commission Meeting
July 27, 1984
A special Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County of
Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
commencing at 8:00 a.m. on July 27, 1984.
Members Present Chairman V. Fabian
Councillors -
Representatives E. Willms
S. Rasmussen
Dev. Control Officer J. Manning
Secretary M. Seely
Waiver of Notice of Meeting is attached to, and forms part of these
minutes.
V. Fabian, S. Rasmussen & E. Willms were in communication by
telephone.
The Development Officer presented a request (Permit 4442) from
Ray Rommens for a waiver of set back so he may construct a home
on this property on Part of the SW 9-19-14-4 containing approx.
.30 acres.
Moved by S. Rasmussen that we approve this waiver of set back.
Carried.
The necessary advertising for this development will now be carried
out.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15 a.m.
