Municipal Planning Commission

The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Tuesday, June 18, 1985 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

1. Minutes
Minutes of the May 21, 1985 meeting were read to the Commission.
Moved by S. Rasmussen that we adopt these minutes as read. Carried.
2. Business from Minutes
3-3 Alco Feed Processing - Permit
The decision of the Development Appeal Board was given to the Commission
for information.
3. Permits
1. ~~528 - Tom Lynch - Moved-in Mobile Home
Information was presented to the Commission in regard to this Permit.
It was then moved by Councillor Workes that we approve this application
t~--~ and proceed with the necessary advertising. Carried.
V-- 2. ~~541 - R. Hoff - Moved-in Mobile Home
Information was presented to the Commission in regard to this Permit.
It was moved by S. Rasmussen that we approve this application and
proceed with the advertising. Carried.
3. ~~543 - G. & J. Varady - Shed & Corrals
Information was presented to the Commission in regard to this Permit.
It was moved by Councillor Scheuerman that we approve this application
and proceed with advertising. Carried.
4. Request for Extension of Permit - Time Limit - R & L Crawford
Information was presented to the Commission in regard to this request
for an extension of time on their Permit. Moved by Councillor
Workes that we extend this Permit to December 31, 1985. Carried.

No application for licences at this meeting.
5. Land Use Change
No application for Land Use Change at this meeting.
6. Subdivisions
1. 85 SE 31 - D. Draper
Moved by Councillor Scheuerman that we lift this application from
the table. Carried.
After further discussion on this application, it was moved by Councillor
Workes that we recommend to County Council the refusal of this
application. Carried.
2. 85 SE 36 - Village of Rosemary
After reviewing this application, it was moved by Councillor Scheuerman
that we recommend to County Council the approval of this application.
Carried.
3. 85 SE 37 - J. Wiebe
After reviewing the information on this application, it was moved
by Councillor Scheuerman that we recommend to County Council the
approval of this application subject to commutation of water rates,
Water Agreement with the E.I.D., consolidation of the two Titles
and deferral of Public Reserve. Carried.
7. Other Business
No other business was brought forth.

Meeting was adjourned at 2:45 p.m.
