Municipal Planning Commission
January 21, 1986
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office on January 21, 1986
commencing at 1:30 p.m.

1. Minutes
Minutes of the November 19, 1985 meeting were read to the Commission.
Moved by Councillor Fabian that we adopt these minutes as read.
Carried.
2. Business from Minutes
3-1(b) Duchess Agape Christian School
The Secretary gave a report on a letter from Brownlee Fryett
and the report from the Provincial Building Inspector.
6-2 85 SE 78 - H. Karnapke
The Secretary advised that the County Council acted on this
application at the last Council Meeting and gave approval subject
to conditions. After further discussion, it was moved by Councillor
Fabian that we accept the decision as made by County Council
on this application. Carried.
3. Permits

4. Land Use By-law Amendments
No report.
5. Licences
No report.
6. Subdivisions
1. 86 SE 1 - Chrumka Farms
Information was presented to the Commission in regard to this
proposed subdivision. After discussion, it was moved by E. Willms
that we table this application for more information. Carried.
2. 86 SE 2 - P. Suitor
Information was presented to the Commission on this application.
After discussion, it was moved by S. Rasmussen that we table
this application for more information. Carried.
3. 86 SE 4 - H. Dyck
Information was presented to the Commission in regard to this
application. Moved by E. Willms that we table this application
j' for more information. Carried.

7. Other Business
1. Permit #487 - Extension
Request from Alex Koza for extension to Permit #487 was presented
to the Commission. Moved by Councillor Fabian that we give
a one-year extension on this Permit. Carried.
2. Fred Barg - AaaDe Christian School
Mr. Fred Barg met with the Commission at 2:00 p.m. to discuss
a new proposal and location for the Agape Christian School.
After a lengthy discussion on this item, Mr. Barg was instructed
to present a proposed site plan and an Application for Permit
to the next M.P.C. Meeting for further discussion by the Commission.
