The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Tuesday, March 18, 1986 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

Minutes
Minutes of the February 18, 1986 meeting were read to the Commission.
Moved by Councillor Workes that we adopt these minutes as read.
Carried.
Minutes
Minutes of the March 4, 1986 special meeting were read to the
Commission. Moved by Councillor Fabian that we adopt these
minutes as read. Carried.
Business from the Minutes
There was no business from the minutes.
Permits
1. 588 - Marty Bartman - Moved in Mobile Home - SE 3-21-18-4
After discussion on this permit. Moved by E. Willms that we
approve this permit and proceed with advertising. Carried.
2. 590 - George Snyder - Moved in Mobile Home - NW 22-18-14-4
After reviewing this application. Moved by Councillor Fabian
that we approve this application and proceed with advertising.
Carried.
3. 592 - John Buday Jr. - Moved in House - SW 8-17-13-4
After reviewing this application. Moved by Councillor Fabian
that we approve this application and proceed with advertising.
Carried.
4. 594 - K.C. Jacobi - Moved in Mobile Home - Lots 10 & 11
Blk 1 Plan 8210258 Rolling Hills After reviewing this application.
Moved by Councillor Workes that we approve this application
and proceed with advertising. Carried.
5. 596 - B. Renn - Moved in Mobile Home - Pt NW 34-19-14-4
After reviewing this application. Moved by Councillor Workes
that we apporve this application and proceed with advertising
upon inspection being made by the Development Control Officer.
Carried.

Subdivisions
The following subdivisions were presented to Commission for
approval:
86 SE 2 - P. Suitor
Moved by Councillor Workes that we lift this application from
the table. Carried.
After reviewing the application. Moved by Councillor Workes
that we recommend to County Council the approval of this application
subject to cash in -lieu -of $1500.00 per acre on the subdivided
parcel. Carried.
86 SE 11 - H. Peake
Moved by E. Willms that we lift this application from the table.
Carried.
After reviewing the application. Moved by E. Willms that we
recommend approval of this application to County Council. Carried.
86 SE 20 - S. Dahl Construction
After reviewing this application. Moved by Councillor Fabian
that we recommend to County Council the approval of this application
subject to cash in -lieu -of Public Reserve on Lots 1 & 2 at $1500.00
per acre and a Deferred Reserve being placed on the balance
of the parcel. Also that Service Road be required and a Servicing
Agreement. Carried.
