The regular M.P.C. Meeting of the County of Newell No. 4 was
held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta on Tuesday, April 22,
1986 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

Minutes of the March 18, 1986 meeting were read to the Commission.
Moved by Councillor Workes that we adopt these minutes as read.
Carried.
Business from Minutes
There was no business from the minutes.
Permits
1. 599 - Andrew Link-Sk of NW 34 -16 -16 -4 -Moved -in Mobile Home
Moved by E. Willms that we approve this application and proceed
with advertising. Carried.
2. 505 - Lakeside Feeders Ltd. -SE 13 -19 -15 -4 -Extension of Permit
Moved by Councillor Workes that we approve the extension of
this Permit to November 1, 1986. Carried.

No requests.
Licences
No applications.
Subdivisions
1. 86 SE 23 - W. Fulton - NW 28-20-14-4
Moved by Councillor Workes that we recommend to County Council
the approval of this application subject to cash in -lieu -of
Public Reserve at $1500.00 per acre and a Servicing Agreement
for road approach. Carried.
2. 86 SE 28 - T. & R. Simpson - SE 26-16-13-4
Moved by Councillor Fabian that we recommend to County Council
the approval of this application. Carried.
3. 86 SE 35 - J. & J. Culligan - NW 1-21-14-4
Moved by S. Rasmussen that we recommend the approval of this
application to County Council. Carried.

Other Business
1. Fairville Hutterite Brethren - Cemetary - NW 15-22-19-4
After reviewing this application, it was moved by Councillor
Fabian that we recommend to County Council the approval of this
proposed cemetary. Carried.
2. General Inspections of County Developments
The M.P.C. recommended that a time table be drawn up with the
Development Control Officer whereas routine inspections will
be carried out throughout the County area.
