Municipal Planning Commission Meeting
May 20, 1986
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Tuesday, May 20, 1986 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

Moved by S. Rasmussen that E. Willms be excused from this meeting.
Carried.
Minutes
Minutes of the April 22, 1986 meeting were read to the Commission.
Moved by Councillor Workes that we adopt these minutes as read.
Carried.
Business from Minutes
7-2 General Inspections
The Commission was given a short report on these inspections.
Permits
1. 1609 - Ross Murray- NW 18-19-15-4
After reviewing this Permit for a moved -in mobile home, it was
moved by Councillor Workes that we approve this application
and proceed with the necessary advertising. Carried.
2. #611 - A. Bjornson - Lots 2 & 3 Plan 8699 G A Cassils
After reviewing this Permit for a moved -in mobile home, it was
moved by Councillor Workes that we approve this application
and proceed with advertising. Carried.
3. #613 - Robert Strader - SE 6-19-14-4
After reviewing this application for a second house on this
property, it was moved by S. Rasmussen that we refuse this request
as it contravenes the Planning Act and the County Municipal
Zoning By-law. Carried.

,After reviewing this application, it was moved by S. Rasmussen
that we recommend to County Council the approval of this application
subject to cash in -lieu -of being set at $1500.00/acre on the
subdivided parcel. Carried.
2. 86 SE 39 - R. Perini
After reviewing this application, it was moved by Councillor
Workes that we table this application for more information.
Carried.
3. 86 SE 41 - Donald Owens
After reviewing this application, it was moved by S. Rasmussen
that we recommend to County Council the approval of this application
subject to cash in -lieu -of being set at $500.00/acre on the
subdivided parcel. Carried.
4. 86 SE 44 - H. Peake
After reviewing this application, it was moved by Councillor
Workes that this application be referred to County Council for
more information. Carried.
Other Business
1. Brownlee Fryett
Letter from Brownlee Fryett concerning a Christian School Development
Permit Application was presented to the Commission for information.
