Municipal Planning Commission Meeting
August 19,. 1986
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Tuesday, August 19, 1986 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

Minutes
Minutes of the July 22, 1986 meeting were read to the Commission.
Moved by Councillor Fabian that we adopt these minutes as read.
Carried.

Business from the Minutes
1. 86 SE 39 - R. Perini
This application remained tabled.
3.
Permits
No permits were presented.
4.
Land Use Changes
Application from Ramer Ranches Ltd. for Land Use Change in part
of NW 12-20-15-4 from Agricultural to Country Residence was
presented to the Commission. Moved by Councillor Fabian that
we recommend to County Council that they proceed with the necessary

advertising of this Land Use Change with the understanding that
third reading of the By-law will not be given until such time
that the sub -division has been approved. Carried.
5.
Licences
An application from Ted's Sheet Metal for a business licence
was presented to the Commission. After reviewing the application
it was indicated that a business licence is not required and
that the fee for this licence be refunded to Ted's Sheet Metal.

No applications were received.

The Development Report for July was presented to the Commission.
