M.P.C. Meeting
December 16, 1986
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Tuesday, December 16, 1986 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

1• Minutes
Minutes of the November 18, 1986 meeting were read to the Commission.
Moved by Councillor Nelson that we adopt these minutes as read.
Carried.
2. Business from Minutes
There was no business from the minutes.
3• Permits
1. X6657 - Neil Seitz - Moved -in Mobile Home - NW 9-20-13-4
Information was presented to the Commission in regard to this
Permit. Moved by Councillor Nelson that we approve this Permit
and proceed with the necessary advertising. Carried.
2. X6653 - Alberta Wheat Pool
Anhydrous Ammonia Storage Tanks - NW 28-18-14-4
Information was presented to the Commission in regard to this
�►o application. Moved by E. Willms that we approve this application
subject to the conditions set out by the Development Control
Officer and proceed with the necessary advertising. Carried.
3. X6660 - Darrel Murray -Moved -in House-Lot_4 Block 1 Plan 7910803
Further information was presented to the Commission in regard
to this application. Moved by Councillor Nelson that we approve
this application subject to a Letter of Credit in the amount
of $1000.00 being filed with the County of Newell from Darrel
Murray or Mrs. Hand, owner of the present property, and that
this Letter of Credit be valid until June 30, 1987, and further
that we proceed with the necessary advertising on this application.
Carried.

There were no applications.

There were no applications.
6• Subdivisions
1. 86 SE 39 - Perini
Moved by E. Willms that we lift this item from the table. Carried.
Doug Fleming advised that this application has now been withdrawn.

2. 86 SE 72 - Ramer Ranches.Ztd.
This item remained tabled.
3. 86 SE 84 - Urban
Moved by E. Willms that we lift this item from the table. Carried.
Doug Fleming presented further information to the Commission
in regard to the E.I.D. Report on this subdivision. Moved by
Councillor Nelson that we table this application for more infor-
mation. Carried.
4. 86 SE 87 - Lukye
Moved by E. Willms that we lift this item from the table. Carried.
Further discussion then took place on this application. Moved
by Councillor Nelson that we recommend to County Council the
refusal of this subdivision until an over-all plan is prepared
for this area. Carried.
5. 86 SE 93 - Ramer Ranches
Application for subdivision was presented to the Commission.
After review, it was moved by Councillor Nelson that we recommend
to County Council the approval of this application. Carried.
7. Other Business
1. Development Report
The Development Report for December was presented to the Commission
for information.
2. Meeting Dates
Discussion took place in regard to meeting dates and it was
then moved by E. Willms that we set the date for the M.P.C.
meetings to be held on the last Tuesday of each month. Carried.
