M.P.C. Meeting
March 24, 1987
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Tuesday, March 24, 1987 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

1. Minutes
Minutes of the February 24, 1987 meeting were presented to the
Commission. Moved by Councillor Nelson that we adopt these
minutes as circulated. Carried.
2. Business from Minutes
There was no business arising from the minutes.
3, Permits
1. #680 - Tirol Gas Co-op Ltd. - Office & Storage Building
Application for development of an office and storage building
in NW 31-14-13-4, Rolling Hills, was presented to the Commission.
After discussion, it was moved by Councillor Nelson that we
approve this Development Permit, waive our setback regulations
in regard to this development and proceed with the necessary
advertising. Carried.
4. Land Use Changes
'~.~*%~ There were no applications for Land Use Changes.
5, Licences
1. Randy L. Anderson - Scandia
Application from Randy L. Anderson to buy and sell guns and
ammo was presented to the Commission. After review, it was
moved by S. Rasmussen that we approve this application. Carried.
6. Subdivisions
1. 87 SE 17 - Kupet & Dick
Information was presented to the Commission on this application
with no further action being taken at this time.
2. 87 SE 23 - A. Dietz
After reviewing this application, it was moved by Councillor
Nelson that we recommend to County Council the refusal of this
application as it does not conform with the County Land Use
By-law. Carried.
7, Other Business
1. Development Report
The Development Report for February was presented to the Commission.
