Municipal Planning Commission Meeting
December 5, 1988
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Monday, December 5, 1988 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

Excused from Meeting
Moved by Councillor Conners that we excuse Councillor Bulger
from this meeting. Carried.
1, Minutes
Minutes of the October 31, 1988 meeting were presented to the
Commission. Moved by E. Willms that we adopt these minutes
as circulated. Carried.

Subdivisions
The following subdivisions were presented to the Commission
for consideration:
1. 88 SE 97 - Sewall
Moved by E. Buday that we approve this application subject to
the access road having a turn-around at the property line and
that the Public Reserve be deferred. Carried.
2. 88 SE 98 - Dixon/Schmitt
Moved by E. Willms that we approve this application. Carried.
3. _88 SE 99 - Gray
Moved by Councillor Conners that we approve this application
subject to cash in-lieu-of Public Reserve being placed on the
subdivision at $1500.00 per acre. Carried.

4. 88 SE 101 Young & 88 SE 102 - Young
Moved by E. Buday that we table these applications for more
information and invite Mr. Young to our next M.P.C. Meeting
to discuss these applications. Carried.
Members of the Commission will meet at 11:00 a.m. at the County
Office to tour the site prior to our regular meeting.
