Municipal Planning Commission Meeting
February 28, 1989
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Tuesday, February 28, 1989 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

1. Minutes
Minutes of the January 24, 1989 Municipal Planning Commission
Meeting were presented to the Commission. Moved by Councillor
Conners that we adopt these minutes as circulated. Carried.
Minutes of the February 13, 1989 Municipal Planning Commission
Meeting were presented to the Commission. Moved by Councillor
Conners that we adopt these minutes as circulated. Carried.
2. Business from Minutes
There was no business from the minutes.
3. Permits

Keylock Propane Sales - SW 26-18-14-4 - Brooks
Moved by Councillor Conners that we approve this Permit and
proceed with advertising. Carried.
2. ~~814 - Lakeside Farm Industries
Poultry Barn - SE 13-19-15-4 - Brooks
Moved by E. Willms that we approve this Permit and proceed with

Moved-in Mobile Home - NE 32-16-13-4 - Tilley
Moved by L. Buday that we approve this Permit and proceed with
advertising. Carried.
4. Land Use Changes
Nil
5. Home Occupation Licences
Nil
6. Subdivisions
1. 89 SE 5 - Dyck/button
After review, it was moved by Councillor Bulger that we advise
the S.E. Alberta Regional Planning Commission that we require
a Land Use Change to reclassify this area from Urban Fringe
to Country Residential before this subdivision can be approved.
Carried.
7. Development Report
The Development Report for February was presented to the Commission.
Moved by Councillor Conners that we accept this report. Carried.
8. Other Business
Discussion took place on the new Crawling Valley Reservoir Area
Structure Plan.
9. Adjourn
Meeting adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
