Municipal Planning Commission Meeting
March 21, 1989
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Tuesday, March 21, 1989 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

1. Minutes
Minutes of the February 28, 1989 meeting were presented to the
Commission. Moved by Co uncillor Bulger that we adopt the minutes
as circulated. Carried.
2. Business from Minutes
There was no business from the minutes.
3. Permits
1. #819 - Rentenna Communication Systems Ltd.
Radio Tower, Mobile Radio & Telephone - NW 4-18-15-4 - Brooks
Moved by L. Buday that we approve this Permit and proceed with
advertising. Carried.
4. Land Use Changes
Nil

5. Home Occupation Licences
Nil
6. Subdivisions
1. 89 SE 5 - Dyck/button
D. Fleming advised the Commission that, at this time, this area
will not be resubdivided and will only require an adjustment
to the boundary.
2. 89 SE 11 - Bradford
After review, it was moved by E. Willms that we approve this
subdivision. Carried.
7. Development Report
The Development Report for March was presented to the Commission.
Moved by Councillor Conners that we accept this report. Carried.
8. Other
1. C. Blair
Mr. Blair met with the Commission to discuss his subdivision.
Discussion took place and it was suggested that the Commission
go out to look at the subdivision.
2. Crawling Valley Area Structure Plan
Discussion took place on this item.
3. Land Use By-law
Discussion took place on the Land Use By-law.
