M.P.C. Meeting

The regular M.P.C. Meeting of the County of Newell No. 4 was
held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta on Tuesday,
April 25, 1989 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

1. Minutes
Minutes of the March 21, 1989 M.P.C. Meeting were presented
to the Commission. Moved by Councillor Conners that we adopt
these minutes as presented. Carried.
2. Business from Minutes
There was no business from the minutes.

Moved by E. Willms that we approve this application and proceed

Moved by Councillor Bulger that we approve this application
and proceed with the necessary advertising. Carried.

Moved by E. Buday that we approve this application and proceed
with the necessary advertising. Carried.

Moved by Councillor Conners that we approve this application
and proceed with the necessary advertising. Carried.
5. ~~824 - Anric Reclaimers - Land Treatment of
Industrial Waste - Wz 28-18-13-4 - Brooks
Moved by Councillor Wells that he be excused from discussion
and voting on this application. Carried.
Moved by Councillor Conners that we approve this application
and proceed with the necessary advertising. Carried.

Moved by Councillor Bulger that we approve this application
subject to a Servicing Agreement for the road approach. Carried.

Moved by Councillor Conners that we approve this application.
Carried.

1. Waiver of Set-back - Flint Engineering
Block 5 Plan 7510619 - Brooks
Moved by E. Willms that we waive the set-back regulation and
allow an 8' extension to be built within 17' of the property
line. Carried.
