Municipal Planning Commission Meeting
November 22, 1989
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Wednesday, November 22, 1989 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

Excused from Meeting
Moved by E. Buday that we excuse Councillor Nelson from this
meeting. Carried.
1. Minutes
Minutes of the October 31, 1989 meeting were presented to the
Commission. Moved by E. Buday that we adopt these minutes as
circulated. Carried.

3-4 Permit 859 - Quyloo Services
This item remained tabled.

There were no Permits presented
4. Land Use Changes
There were no Land Use Changes presented.

There were no Home Occupation Licences presented.
6. Subdivisions
1. 89 SE 68 - Askin
After review, it was moved by Councillor Bulger that we approve
this application subject to the Lot being extended to the south
boundary of the present parcel. Carried.
2. 89 SE 73 - Galarneau
After review, it was moved by Councillor Bulger that we table
this item for more information. Carried.
3. 89 SE 75 - Jeppersen
After review, it was moved by E. Buday that we approve this application
subject to consolidation of Title and that the Public Reserve be
deferred between the two parcels. Carried.
4. 89 SE 76 - Isaac
After review, it was moved by Councillor Bulger that we approve
this application. Carried.
5. 89 SE 78 - Mortenson
After review, it was moved by G. Niznik that we approve this
application subject to a Water Agreement with the E.I.D. Carried.
6. 89 SE 80 - Swensen
After review, it was moved by E. Buday that we approve this application
subject to a Water Agreement with the E.I.D. Carried.
7. Other Business
1. S.E.A.R.P.C. - "Fast Track" Applications
Information was presented to the Commission on this item and
the matter was referred to Council for further action.
2. D.A.B. - Advertising
Information was presented to the Commission on this item and
the matter was referred to Council for further action.
3. Development Report
The Development Report for November was presented to the Commission.
Moved by E. Buday that we accept this report. Carried.
