Wells Councillors L. Nelson K. Bulger Representatives G. Niznik E. Buday Planner D. Fleming D.C.O. D. Grosfield Secretary M. Bowen In the absence of the Chairman, Vice Chairman Buday took the chair. 1• Minutes Minutes of the July 31, 1990 meeting were presented. Moved by Councillor Nelson that we adopt these minutes as circulated. Carried. 2• Business from Minutes 3-1 Permit ~~916 - Robert Schmidt - Appeal The Assistant Administrator advised that an appeal had been received on the above-noted Permit. Councillor Wells arrived at the meeting and took over the chair. 6-4 Subdivision 90 SE 71 - Sprun~er, Peter & Jutta Moved by Councillor Bulger that this item be lifted from the table. Carried. After discussion, it was moved by E. Buday that we table this subdivision and have the parties involved attend our next meeting. Carried. 3• Permits 1. ~~923 - Timothy Arnett - Moved-in Mobile Home SW 10-19-14-4 - Brooks Moved by Councillor Bulger that we approve this application and proceed with the necessary advertising. Carried. 2. ~~925 - Brooks Chamber of Commerce New Tourist Booth - Block A Plan 7810693 - Brooks Moved by G. Niznik that we approve this application and proceed with the necessary advertising. Carried. 4• Land Use Changes There were no Land Use Changes. 5. Home Occupation Licences There were no Home Occupation Licences. b. Subdivisions There were no new Subdivisions. 7. Other Business There was no other business. 8• Development Report The Development Report for August was presented by the Development Control Officer. Moved by Councillor Nelson that we accept this report. Carried. 9. Adjourn Moved by Councillor Nelson that the meeting adjourn at 2:25 p.m. Carried.
