Minutes of the Municipal Planning Commission Meeting
September 6, 1990
A Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County of Newell
No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta on Thursday,
September 6, 1990 commencing at 9:00 a.m.
Members Present Chairman W. Wells
Councillors K. Bulger
L. Nelson
Representative G. Niznik
Secretary D. James
Application 90 SE 71 - Sprun~er
Moved by Councillor Bulger that we lift this application from
the table. Carried.
Information was presented and discussion took place on this application,
followed by the attendance of Mr. & Mrs. Sprunger at the meeting
to present any comments they had on the proposed subdivision.
Mr. & Mrs. Retzlaff, of Rosemary, also attended the meeting to
present their concerns on this proposed subdivision.
Moved by Councillor Nelson that we recommend the approval of
this subdivision to County Council, subject to cash in-lieu-of
Public Reserve being set at $1500.00 per acre and any additional
access required being at the owner's or developer's expense.
Carried.
