Wells Councillors K. Bulger L. Nelson Representatives E. Buday G. Niznik D.C.O. D. Grosfield Planner D. Fleming Secretary D. James 1. Minutes Minutes of the August 28, 1990 meeting were presented. Moved by Councillor Nelson that sae adopt these minutes as circulated. Carried. Minutes of the September 6, 1990 meeting were presented. Moved by E. Buday that we adopt these minutes as circulated. Carried. 2. Business from Minutes There was no business from the minutes. 3• Permits There were no permits presented. 4• Land Use Changes 1. Herb Dixon - Pt. Ez 25-20-16-4 - Ag. to Country Residence Application for a land use change from Herb Dixon was presented. After review, it was moved by Councillor Bulger that we recommend this application to County Council for approval and advertising. Carried. 5. Home Occupation Licences There were no home occupation licences. 6• Subdivisions The following subdivisions were presented for approval: 1. 90 SE 76 - H. Dixon After review, it was moved by Councillor Nelson. that we table this application for more information and have the applicant attend the next Municipal Planning Meeting. Carried. 2. 90 SE 77 - E.I.D. After review, it was moved by Councillor Bulger that we recommend to County Council the approval of this application. Carried. 3. 90 SE 78 - R. Steinbach After review, it was moved by Councillor Bulger that we recommend to County Council the approval of this application. Carried. 7. Other Business 1. Development Permit ~k916 The Secretary reported on the decision of the Development Appeal Board regarding this Permit. After a lengthy discussion, it was moved by Councillor Nelson that we present this matter to County Council for further recommendation as to what action will now be taken. Carried. 2. Study - Area West of Town Doug Fleming gave a short presentation on the study being done on the area west of the Town boundary. A further report will be made on this matter at a future meeting. 8. Development Report The Development Report for September was presented. Moved by E. Buday that we accept this report. Carried. 9. Adjourn Moved by Councillor Nelson that the meeting adjourn at 3:20 p.m. Carried.
