Minutes of the Municipal Planning Commission Meeting
February 24, 1992
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Monday, February 24, 1992 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

All members were in attendance.
2. Minutes
Minutes of the January 21, 1992 meeting were presented. Moved
by Councillor Wallace that we adopt these minutes as circulated.
Carried.
3. Business from Minutes
4-2 Permit 41038 - Renke Property Management - Par 3 Golf Course
Moved by Councillor Wallace that we lift this item from the table.
Carried.
Mr. Renn met with the Commission to discuss the proposed Development
Permit. After a lengthy discussion, it was moved by E. Buday that
we recommend approval of 'this Development Permit and proceed with
the necessary advertising. This Permit is being approved subject
to the following conditions: 464 green is to be moved west of its
present location, and the 4k4 tee is to be moved east. A revised
Plan is to be provided to the Municipal Planning Commission; the
Developer is to apply for a road approach for widening the approach
on the north side of the property with the widening to take place
on the east side of the approach; and ensure that the east boundary
of trees is continually maintained and replenished as a buffer zone.
Carried.
4. Permits

After review, it was moved by G. Niznik that we approve this
application and proceed with the necessary advertising. Carried.
5. Land Use Changes
Nil
6. Home Occupation Licences
1. 4k29 - Donnie Stock - Sale of Agriculture &
Sports Related Items - NE 6-16-13-4 - Tilley
After review, it was moved by Councillor Wallace that we approve
this Home Occupation Licence and proceed with the necessary
advertising. Carried.
2. ~~30 - Harold Stedel - Enviro Save Products
Land Ievelling - NE 13-17-14-4 - Tilley
After review, it was moved by E. Buday that we approve this Home
Occupation Licence and proceed with the necessary advertising.
Carried.
7. Subdivisions
1. 92 SE 5 - W. Kunz
Doug Fleming presented this Subdivision Application and after
discussion, it was moved by Councillor Bulger that we table this
item until the next meeting for more information. Carried.
8. Other Business
1. Blair Subdivision Agreement
The Secretary advised that Mr. Nick Salonka has contacted the
office regarding this Agreement and a number of items were
presented. These were reviewed by the Commission and various
recommendations were made.
9. Development Report
The Development Report for February was presented to the Commission.
10. Adjourn
Moved by Councillor Wallace that the meeting adjourn at 3:25 p.m.
