Minutes of the Municipal Planning Commission Meeting
September 29, 1992
The regular Municipal Planning Commission Meeting of the County
of Newell No. 4 was held in the County Office at Brooks, Alberta
on Tuesday, September 29, 1992 commencing at 1:30 p.m.

1. Excused from Meeting
All members were in attendance at the meeting.
2. Minutes
Minutes of the August 25, 1992 meeting were presented. Moved
by E. Buday that we adopt these minutes as circulated. Carried.

3. ~ Business from Minutes
4-3 Permit #1081 - Dave & Cindy Heitrich
Moved by Councillor Wallace that we lift this item from the table.
Carried.

The Development Control Officer read a letter to the Commission
advising that Mr. & Pirs. Heitrich wish to amend their application
to a storage shed only. After discussion, it was moved by Councillor
Wallace that we approve this amended application for a storage shed
only and proceed with the necessary advertising. Carried.

Moved by E. Buday that we lift this item from the table. Carried.

After review, it was moved by Councillor Bulger that we approve
this application with the Public Reserve being set at $1,500.00
per acre, that a Service Agreement be drawn up with the County
and that this be recommended to County Council for final approval.
Carried.

Lot 5 Block 1 Plan 8910771 - Brooks
After review, it was moved by Councillor Bulger that we approve
this application and proceed with the necessary advertising.
Carried.
2. ~~1090 - Lakeside Feeders - Storage Lagoon
NW 19-19-14-4 - Brooks
After review, it was moved by G. Niznik that we approve this
application and proceed with the necessary advertising. Carried.
3. Donald Martin - Addition of Six Cattle Pens
S z 8-19-14-4 - Brooks
The Development Control Officer presented this permit, which
he had just received. He was instructed to notify the applicant
that this application is incomplete and, when it is completed,
is to be brought back to a future meeting.

After discussion, it was moved by Councillor Bulger that we table
this application. Carried.

Moved by Councillor Wallace that we accept this report. Carried.
